Juno Consulting was founded in 2013 with the vision of bringing a concrete, specialized, and results-oriented approach to Financial Risk Management, Analytics, and regulatory compliance consulting.

We are a team of professionals combining methodological and technical expertise, with over a decade of experience gained in Italy and across Europe. We work alongside our clients as strategic partners, not only to understand their needs but to build tailored solutions together that create real value through conscious risk management.

Our Management

In 2013, after various national and international experiences, I founded Juno Consulting with the goal of creating a specialized consulting firm in Risk Management, capable of addressing both technical and functional needs. Since then, I have led Juno Consulting with a commitment to instilling in our consultants the core values of mutual respect, communication, work quality, and curiosity in every aspect of their work. Today, I play a central role in client management within Credit Risk Management, overseeing the entire process from pre-sales to project delivery. Internally, I focus particularly on defining professional development paths for our consultants and human resources management.

In 2013, I founded Juno Consulting and have been involved in numerous projects, serving as both technical and functional lead on banking risks. I have refined my professional experience in risk management, combining my knowledge of financial risk with technical programming skills. My leadership has fostered the development of a consulting team with a strong focus on financial risk management and SAS® programming. I currently serve as Managing Director of Juno Consulting Srl and JAB Ltd, a Bulgarian consulting company in partnership with Juno Consulting.

With the company since 2013, I have followed Juno's evolution from consultant to manager, now coordinating teams and projects, managing client relationships, and actively contributing to strategic decisions in capacity planning and economic analysis. I hold a degree in Statistical and Decision Sciences from La Sapienza University of Rome, combining analytical and technical skills with coordination capabilities and strategic vision.
